Welcome. I provide psychological services primarily for adults 19 and older, with clients aged 14–18 considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

Services include psychotherapy, adult ADHD screening, comprehensive adult ADHD assessment, adult autism screening, OCD screening, and broader adult mental health assessment.

Please choose the appointment type that best matches what you are looking for. If you are unsure whether a screening or a comprehensive assessment is the right fit, the screening appointment can be used to clarify next steps.

Assessment services are for adults only. I do not provide child, school-age, psychoeducational, WorkSafeBC, ICBC, or litigation-related assessments, and I do not accept WorkSafeBC or ICBC-funded cases.

If you need an earlier appointment, you are welcome to add yourself to the waitlist. Waitlisted clients are often offered appointments sooner when cancellations occur.
